stripping exisiting roofing covering, renewing felt using Permo Forte (a breathable felt), renewing battens using tanalised timber, re-slating and re-tiling, re-bedding new ridge tiles. All of the above are guaranteed for 15 years.

stripping off exisiting roof covering, renewing decking (where necessary), renewing using a built up 3 layer felt system with hot bitumen, finishing with aluminium paint or lead resistant chippings. All of the above is guaranteed for 10 years.
